A: To ship within the United States,
the shipping cost is $8.20. This amount will be added at the checkout
page. If you are from outside of the US, you will need to include a valid
phone number. A representative will contact regarding the cost (you can
choose how you would like it shipped) and to approve the charge to your
credit card. Call 1.800.257.7770 with any additional inquiries regarding
this matter. All shipments by UPS will ship within 3 - 5 business days.
